The panel will be looking at them as part of the broader application for detailed planning permission to develop land at Sovereign Square, off Sovereign Street.
The focal point of the development is a proposal for a new, contemporary, public landscaped area with water feature on what is currently a temporary car park.
Separately, proposals for a new four-storey office development with basement parking and landscaping for global consultancy firm KPMG will also be considered by the plans panel.
